Head of Iran's Chamber of Commerce announced that Iran is keen on planning a strategy for attracting foreign investors.
“Economic activists are concerned about attracting foreign investors in Iran’s economy which is indeed rooted in previous mismanagements and wasting foreign investments”, Mohsen Jalalpour told the reporters on Monday on the sidelines of the meeting of the Government and Private Sector Dialogue Council.
“Conducting the investments which have the possibility to flow into Iran’s economy is noteworthy according to which planning a strategy for attracting foreign investments is in on the agenda”, he added.
The Iranian official hoped that the private sector will lead the attraction of foreign investments in order to achieve sustainable development.
The strategy, to be planned by the government, economic activists, the Parliament as well as the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, will be a map for attracting foreign investments.
