About 27,500 tons of standard goods were exported to Iraq through Mehran border point during the first five months of the Iranian calendar year started on March 21, 2015, an official in this western Iranian province announced Monday.
Head of Standard Office of Mehran in Ilam province, Jafar Farhad-Beygi told IRNA that foodstuff and building stones and bricks were among major exported items during the period.
Located in southwest of Ilam Province, Mehran International Border is the most important center used to export goods to Iraq from Iran.
