The census  shows that the need for importing petrol in the current year  comparing with last year  is increased ,so the private section aiming to provide the requirement of the country ,wants to import high quality petrol and asked from the Ministry of oil to get permission for entering to this issue and proving his capabilities as today's importer wish to cooperate with Government as exporter of petrol in the following years.

Farzan  Golchin the chairman of the board of the union of oil , gas, and petrochemical products exporters in an intimate sitting with Forsate emrooz newspaper (an economical publication ) talked about the deeds and duties of the union in the ceremonial days of the week of the Government in which he noted the serious endeavors of private section for importing the petrol in the country and said "based on the principle no 44 of constitutional law ,the prospect document and the fifth program of the development, The Government must reduce his incumbency and increase his responsibilities as inspector so part of the need for petrol, not all of it can be provided by this section ."

Based on existing instances , at the moment many of Iranian big companies  are providing needed  fuel and petrol of their neighbor countries with high quality ,while they have no share in their own country . The benefit of the endeavors is gained by the neighbor countries and in-spite of the capabilities of the private sections they would not be used for their own country. The active  persons in private section are seriously trying to provide petrol in Iraq and Pakistan.

Golchin added "the active members in the union are capable to  transfer exchange more easier than governmental section , they are powerful enough to  solve sea transportation , they also posses storerooms for storing the commodities in ports and other centers inside the country and have capable human resource . so we expect that in remaining time for over- hauling of setareye khalije fars (a refinery in the south of Iran )the opportunity will be given to the private section to show his capabilities in this field and import petrol  in  present situation and in the following years become exporters of petrol with high standards .

Now considering the suggestion proposed by  the private section, we have to see that  how much of this space will be given to the private section by the Government specially  the Ministry of oil  . will they refer them as intermediator? Mehdi Espandiari ,the Secretary General of the union of oil , gas, and petrochemical products exporters said " The Ministry of oil had not a positive notion about exporting crude oil but is positive regarding the other products ,we wish the present government will cooperate with us in  this regard "

He believes "if the Government take the job of employer he will lose his duty as supervisor  and this will strike the economy and abolish the space of occupation , I believe that we have to make possibilities for the private section as it is for the Governmental ones , in this space we will be hopeful for importing petrol  and developing the gas stations by the private section "

Golchin the chairman of the board of the union of oil , gas, and petrochemical products exporters said " the private section has not an intermediate role in importing the petrol , because we are supposed to cooperate with the Ministry of oil in providing ,transportation  and distribution of it. For doing this we act upon the law of admission of responsibilities upon the private section , for doing this if there is no required law we will act upon the directions and regulations, without any doubt the conditions of corruption will decrease because we will be the executer and the Government will be the supervisor."

 He at the end of his interview said about changing in the structure and chart of the union of oil , gas, and petrochemical products exporters and declare that " Establishing  international section of the union with the aim of  more cooperation with target countries ,recognition of new markets  ,preserving existing markets ,developing the exporting of products ,making situations for foreign investment and  transferring knowledge and technology  are listed in the functional directory and soon will be enacted .  the capabilities of the private section is supposed  to show and introduce through many international and internal gathering, seminars and establishing international exhibitions"
