Indonesian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Sudirman Said, said on Wednesday that Tehran and Jakarta enjoy many opportunities and potentials for cooperation and now Indonesia is in need of gas and oil.
Speaking to reporters after a meeting with Iran Minister of Oil Bijan Namdar Zanganeh on Wednesday, Said noted that Indonesia is in the stage of growth and development and needs various sources of energy, including oil and gas, so the two countries have good cooperation in the field.
He said he is on a visit to Iran to follow up former negotiations for cooperation.
