Joint invest, tech, export; conditions for foreigners' coop.
Iran’s President Rouhani recounted the conditions for foreigners to take part in cooperation with Islamic Republic.

“Cooperation with Iran is on the condition that they participate in joint investments, technology programs, and exporting,” clarified Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani at the opening ceremony of first gathering of knowledge-based economic firms and innovators in Tehran on Sunday.

Rouhani added that Iran’s scientific and academic progress was in support of the negotiating diplomats of Iran in the course of Iran-Sextet talks over Iran’s wholly peaceful program and underlined it as the key to success of Iranians.

"Iran would have failed in negotiations had it not used the its best scientists and scholars," emphasized the President.

“This is the first time in history that a country is removed from the provision of Chapter 7 of the UN Charter,” said Iranian president adding that Iran managed to do it using the knowledge and expertise of its best men of knowledge in the course of talks.

Pointing to many visits paid to Tehran after the success of Vienna agreement of July 14, Rouhani reiterated that all foreign ministers sharing the table with Iranian negotiators were astonished by Iranians’ power of diplomacy and logics.
