The European economic and trade delegations have started coming into Iran as the date for the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is approaching.
The visit of the European delegations to Iran is taking place after a gap of one decade; the Italian and Hungarian delegations are among them as they signed several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) during their visits to Tehran.
An Italian trade delegation comprising 400 managers, industrialists and entrepreneurs visited Iran.
The Italian delegation also comprised workers of auto industry, medical services, reproduced energies and machinery as well as representatives of 11 banks.
Hungary also sent a team comprising prime minister, half of the European country's cabinet (five ministers) and a trade delegation.
Italy is regarded as third trade partner of Iran after Germany and France; Italy helped Iran in setting up different areas of industry, including steel, stone, textile, home appliances, shoe, leather and food industry.
Furthermore, the economic activists of Iran and Hungary also signed five memoranda of understanding (MoUs) at the Iranian chamber of commerce.
