Representatives of 66 Bulgarian companies will arrive in Tehran today to take part in the 18th meeting of Iran-Bulgaria Joint Economic Committee, according to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB).
The Bulgarian companies are active in the fields of mining, renewable energies, tourism, banking, consultation services, information technology, industry, agriculture, as well as technical and engineering services, according to Abolfazl Koudehi, director general of Europe, America and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Department in the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI).
The official said that Iran and Bulgaria are expected to sign some memorandums of understandings on information technology, agriculture, mining, industry, SMEs, technical and engineering services, banking and food industries on the sidelines of the meeting.
