Parsian Gas Refinery processed 1.8 million barrels of natural-gas condensate in the two months to May 20, said the refinery's managing director.
Farshid Abdali Dehdezi told Shana that the plant stores condensate output in four 18,000-cubic meter storage tanks before delivering it via a 10-inch pipeline to Assalouyeh in the south of Iran for export.
He said the plant also processed 4.57 billion cubic meters of natural gas during the same period and injected it to the national gas distribution network.
Parsian Refinery receives 46 percent of its feedstock from Tabnak, 11 percent from Varavi and 43 percent from Homa-Shanoul gas fields.
According to estimates, the plant will treat 25 billion cubic meters of gas by mid-March 2017.
The refinery can process 82 mcm/d of natural gas and is the third biggest gas refinery in the country which supplies gas to the provinces of Fars, Yazd, Isfahan, Qom and parts of Tehran.
