Iran exported two million barrels of crude to Poland, Director of the International Affairs Department of National Iranian Oil Company Mohsen Qamsari said on Saturday.
Qamsari said the consignment was shipped from Kharg Terminal last week.
He said that the European customers resumed purchase of Iranian crude.
Greek Hellenic, French Total, Spanish CEPSA, Italian Saras are major European customers of Iranian oil, starting purchase from Iran over recent months.
Asked whether oil will be exported to Europe next week, he said for the time being talks are underway with many European customers and will be concluded soon.
Poland imports 90 percent of its crude and 60 percent of its natural gas shortage from Russia and says it follows the policy of diversity for its energy suppliers.
Iran exported 2.1 million bpd crude in June almost to the amount in the pre-sanctions era.
In June, Europe had a share of about 600,000 bpd in Iranian crude exports.
