The First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri said on Monday that Iran enjoys rich potential in oil, gas, petrochemicals, heavy and electronic industries, so can meet part of Europe's energy shortage.
In a discussion session with Bulgarian delegation, led by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, on Monday, Jahangiri said Iran is ready to further promote relations with Bulgaria with which it shares cultural and historical affinities.
The Bulgarian delegation comprises Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev, Transport Minister Ivaylo Moskovski, Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov, Agriculture Minister Desislava Taneva and Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova.
