Iran will have its first time experience to Vietnam Medipharm Expo, the 16th International Medical, Hospital & Pharmaceutical Exhibition to be held in Ho Chi Minh City in August.
Vietnam Medipharm Expo, the biggest event in the fields of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment in the Southeast Asian country, will hold its 16th edition in Ho Chi Minh City on 11-13 August, 2016.
According to the exhibition’s website, 280 businesses with 350 displays participate in Vietnam Medipharm Expo, including giant corporations, world leading companies from countries and territories such as US, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Egypt, India, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Iran, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and China.
The highlight of the exhibition will be the display areas of Iran, Kazakhstan, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, India, Pakistan and Vietnam.
Iran will have its first time experience to the exhibition and will showcase its pharmaceutical products in a bid to step into local market of Vietnam.
During the visit of former Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang to Iran in March 2016, the two countries agreed to promote the volume of bilateral trade transactions to $2 billion in five years to come.
Iran seeks to export nearly $1.5 billion worth of pharmaceutical products for its Vision 2025, known as 20-year vision plan.
