Fire broke out at a gas station in Genaveh in Boushehr Province early Saturday morning, leaving three injured.
Governor of Genaveh Seyed Ali Paknejad said four were present in the area when the fire broke out and three were hurt as a result.
The fire in the 42-inch gas trunkline in Shul village 35 kms from Genaveh erupted at 12:30 local time on Saturday.
Secretary of the Majlis Energy Commission and Majlis deputy representing Bushehr and Genaveh cities Hojjatoleslam Abdolhamid Khedri was present along with officials of the city at the site of the incident.
The pipeline was immediately blocked to prevent further gas flow to the point of fire.
