The first Business process Analysis Course was held by Asia Pacific Center For Trade Facilitation and Iranian Oil,Gas and Petrochemical Products Exporters' Union
The Export Process Analysis
Course were held during Nov. 24 and Dec. 1, 2017 For two days, in the OPEX
conference room
The course was applied
with cooperation between Asia Pacific Center for Trade Facilitation and e-Business
(APC), and Iranian Oil, Gas and Petrochemical products exporters’ Association (OPEX)
in Persian language.
The target for the
course was training experts engaging in the export procedures of their
companies to analysis related business process and prepare specialized BPA
report. The BPA was considered as the first step toward paperless trade
environment and full trade facilitation. And 35 managers and experts who are
engaged in the export processes passed the techniques for analysis of their
export procedures.
BPA reports are now
in processing by attendees in the course with support of trainers. All related
activities from training to drawing the procedures and then analysis and
recommendations for improvements are managing by APC and OPEX.
