Iran’s petrochem, condensate exports exceed $6bln in 3 months
The value of Iran’s exports chemical products and gas condensates exceeded six billion dollars in the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 21-June 22).

Iran exported over $6.2 billion in the first three months of the current year.





The country, which is a major oil exporter, plans to increase its petrochemical exports to $12bln this year.



Iran has significantly expanded the range and volume of its petrochemical production over the past few years.



Iran's exports of gas condensates and petrochemicals increased by 40 percent in the first ten months of the last Iranian year (March 21, 2014-January 21, 2015) compared to the corresponding period last year.



“Iran has earned over 12.1 billion dollars by selling gas condensate during the period while it obtained 8.5 billion dollars from gas condensate exports within the same period last year,” Head of the Management and Planning Organization Mohammad Baqer Nobakht said.
